The easiest way to patch is to run the NINA & Escargot patcher.

If you want to do it yourself, edit or add the following string keys to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo\Pager:
Conn Server: scs.msg.nina.chat
socket server: scs.msg.nina.chat
Host Name: scs.msg.nina.chat
